Before you book
What does a single consultation actually give me?
A specific, usable output – typically a situation assessment plus a written, executable next step: a plan, a CV fix-list or an interview preparation brief. We agree the output before the session, so you are never buying vague conversation.
Can you guarantee I will get a job?
No – and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise. What we guarantee is better preparation: a clearer plan, a stronger application and sharper interview performance. Outcomes always depend on the market and on individual circumstances.
How much does it cost?
Initial consultations are £55-75; interview preparation £75-95; CV development £90-130 per CV; job-search strategy £120-160; and the three-session career planning programme £170-200. The exact fee within each range is confirmed before you book.
Are consultations online or in person?
Both. Most sessions run online by video call; in-person meetings are available by arrangement. The discovery call will confirm what suits your situation.
I want to change careers entirely – is that something you cover?
Yes. Consultations are tailored to each client’s experience, skills, career goals and preferred job direction – career changers are some of the most common clients, and the skills assessment is often the right starting point.
Do you help graduates as well as experienced professionals?
Yes – the same tailored approach applies at any career stage. The difference is emphasis: early-career work leans on translating potential into evidence; later-career work leans on focus and positioning.
How many rounds of CV revisions are included?
CV development includes two revision drafts on the target version, plus written rationale for every change so you can maintain the CV yourself afterwards.
How does a mock interview work?
We agree the role and question set in advance, run the interview at real pace for 45–60 minutes, then spend the remainder on a written debrief separating content from delivery. Fee: £75-95.
What should I prepare before the first session?
Your current CV (imperfect is fine), a role type or advert that interests you, and a few sentences on what prompted you to get in touch. A full checklist arrives with your booking confirmation.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually within one to two weeks of your enquiry. Discovery calls are often available sooner – send the form and we will offer times within two working days.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is treated as confidential and used only to prepare your consultations. We never publish client names, employers or stories – the scenarios on this site are illustrative composites, not client cases.
Do you offer services to organisations?
Our public consultations are for individuals. Organisation-level outplacement or workshop enquiries are considered case by case – write to info@chase-consult.services with a short outline.
