1. Services

Chase Consult Limited provides individual career development and employment preparation consultations: career planning, CV development, interview preparation, job-search strategy, professional skills assessment and employment readiness, as described on the Services page. This website is an information and booking-enquiry site; no online orders are taken through it.

2. Booking and contract formation

A booking request submitted by form or email is an enquiry. The contract is formed only when we confirm the date, scope and fee in writing. The applicable fee is the one confirmed at that point; if we have mis-stated a fee, we will contact you before any charge and you may cancel without cost.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted as ranges in GBP and fixed within the range at confirmation. Payment is due as stated on your booking confirmation, before the session unless otherwise agreed. Payment is arranged directly (for example by bank transfer, or card and PayPal where offered); no payment is processed through this website.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

• Sessions may be rescheduled once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice are refunded in full; later cancellations may forfeit up to 50% of the fee.
• If we cancel a session for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund or a priority replacement slot, whichever you prefer.

5. Liability

Our consultations are advisory. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations or any specific result; nothing on this site or in a consultation constitutes a promise of outcome. Our liability for any claim connected with a consultation is limited to the fee paid for that consultation, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
